The Year 2018 shall be Proclaimed as
Town of Madison Bicentennial
“Celebrating 200 Years”
and shall be a year of Celebration marked with
demonstrations, festivals, and activities
February 14 - WE LOVE MADISON (We Love Madison Wall)
March TBA - ROCK INTO MADISON (Rocking Chair Artwork)
April 28 - MADISON MUSIC FEST
June 10 - MADISON CHURCH CELEBRATION, Madison Presbyterian Church 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, BYO Picnic Lunch with 200th Anniversary cake served.
July 4 - OPEN TIME CAPSULE that was buried 50 years ago, 11:00 am at Madison Town Hall
July 19 - "200th" DAY of 2018
September TBA - Grand Opening of BICENTENNIAL MUSEUM
September 22 - BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION including Old Time Demonstrations, Old Time Games, Old Time Activities, Food & Craft Vendors and Music
October 31 - DOWNTOWN TRICK OR TREAT
November 10 - VETERANS CELEBRATION - participants to meet at Beulah Baptist Church, 105 Wall Street at 10:00 am, Parade will begin at 11:00 am
December 1 - CHRISTMAS STROLL from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm with Christmas Tree lighting at 6:00 pm - for additional information click here
December 8 - ANNUAL MADISON-MAYODAN CHRISTMAS PARADE, 1:00 pm
